Role Overview
The Supply Team Leader is a key role within the Supply Centre Manufacturing Operations and is integral to delivering our Supply Centre aims.
As a key communicator for AM (Andover Manufacturing facility supplying into UK&I Market), the role will provide clarity on our direction and vision and, through focussed support and development of individuals in a shift environment, the Team Leader will build an autonomous team to deliver safe, premium quality products to customers on time and at minimum cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead an autonomous team of 5-10 technicians to deliver safe, premium quality products on time and at minimum cost.
- Serve as a role model for the team, instilling pride in the brand through strong team engagement, trust, and integrity.
- Facilitate positive change within the team and process, acting as an advocate for continuous improvement.
