Head of Twinings Quality Manufacturing Excellence

We’re looking for a Head of Twinings Quality Manufacturing Excellence to centralize factories’ ways of working to ensure consistent Food Safety and Quality across Twinings manufacturing sites.

The Company currently operates 3 production sites: Poland, UK and one in India.

Responsibilities

  • Centralize factories’ ways of working to ensure consistent Food Safety and Quality across Twinings manufacturing sites.
  • Provide leadership, knowledge and support toward excellence in Quality manufacturing management for all Twinings sites.
  • Ensure robust governance and adherence to agreed standards.
  • Provide training and develop solutions and programs to develop & maintain quality factory standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality and food safety culture in Twinings manufacturing operations.
  • Support cultural change and make it sustainable across a complex manufacturing network spanning Europe and India.
