Join Twinings and become part of the BizTX team driving the global HR digital transformation through SAP SuccessFactors as part of Program Elevate. This role focuses on delivering a cutting‑edge HCM system that aligns with the strategic framework established during the SAP S4/Hana ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, managing HR Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective input into system design, configuration and deployment.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution and sign‑off, maintaining quality standards and business requirement fulfilment.
  • Lead data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage the Business Analyst function, interpreting data analysis to inform decisions and solution design.
  • Oversee all integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S4/Hana and other enterprise systems to secure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Champion the digital transformation agenda, ensuring the HCM system supports the strategic framework and future scalability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, business operations and executive teams, aligning on goals, timelines and resources.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, adoption and ongoing support.
  • Establish key metrics to monitor system performance and user experience, driving data‑informed improvements.
  • Maintain project documentation, requirements and processes to the highest standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Effective communication with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior management.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting complex data and business analysis.
  • High cultural awareness and experience in multinational environments.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s); SAP S4/Hana experience preferred.
  • Certification in psychometrics is advantageous.
Required Experience
  • End‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, including multiple full‑lifecycle rollouts.
  • Track record leading business transformation programmes in a global context with implementations across international markets.
  • Experience with HCM implementations in federated or distributed business structures.
  • Experience managing implementations in partnership with System Integrators.
  • Cross‑functional leadership experience involving HR, IT and business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, data management and system integrations.
  • Experience managing UAT and data migration for large‑scale HRIS projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana and its integration with HRIS platforms.
