Your contribution will cover all UK and international DEI and talent projects.
You will support the design, development and implementation of the strategy and framework for DEI across Twinings Ovo and providing data and insights relating to this.
You will be responsible for owning the employer brand initiatives, creating a clear connection between business units and the talent team strategy.
You will be responsible for leading on the employee engagement tool, Engage, collaborating with HR Leaders to provide data, insight and guidance that drive the employee experience.
You will also collaborate with the International Capability Lead to collate and interpret data for the People Pathways, talent and succession planning.
This role has line management accountability for 1 individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Lead DEI initiatives and the framework for Tw O Internationally, contribute to the design and delivery of activities in order to build awareness, understanding and commitment to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
- Co- create, deliver and maintain the framework for DEI
- Lead on ensuring we deliver to our plan under our DEI priorities.
- Ownership of reporting on DEI activity across the UK and internationally Bring DEI to life through authentic and engaging storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to drive Tw O forward as an employer of choice in the DEI space
- Stay connected to external DEI trends and best practice, ensuring Tw O’s DEI approach reflects current thinking and best practice.
- Work closely with the Global Communications Director, TA Team and People Experience Team to ensure that the DEI communication strategy lands across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide oversight and support for the Employee Network Groups.
Ensure the Talent Projects Advisor is equipped and supported to lead implementation and delivery of regular Network Leads meetings, employee representation, ideas and awareness initiatives.
- Maintain a collaborative network across ABF, particularly with the ABF Diversity and Inclusion Manager in order to stay informed and connected with ABF DEI initiatives and partnerships.
- Work with the Talent and Capability Lead to ensure we have learning opportunities in place for key DEI activities and initiatives
- Ensure that our DEI plans are embedded into the business units
- Reporting
- Responsible for the diversity data collection process, creating data collection templates, collecting data, and collating reports from each of the business units in order to maintain focus on improving representation across Tw O.
- Responsible for annual ABF Talent reporting cycle for ESG and FRC reports. Including collection of people data from all business units, analysis and reporting.
- Wellbeing
- Lead our wellbeing approach ensuring that it is agile to the diverse needs of our employees and aligns with our company mission and objectives
- Design, plan, implement, and manage a range of wellbeing programs and initiatives that support the Wellbeing approach.
- Partner and influence business units to drive adoption of wellbeing initiatives
- Support the Talent Projects Advisor to deliver annual health and wellbeing services, including flu vaccinations, health assessments and preventative health provisions.
- Manage the relationship with the outsourced gym provider
- Track and monitor the wellbeing budget and return on investments made
- Engage
- Leads the engage platform providing support for all markets
- Extract and interpret Engage data, providing clear insight and regular reporting to support the executive reporting cycle.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of working within HR, with experience across DEI and Wellbeing
- Experience of International FMCG would be highly desirable
- Awareness of current best practices in Wellbeing and DEI including using digital technologies to the best effect
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to coach and communicate with people at all levels.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to a variety of people, situations and demands.
- Strong excel and reporting capability.
