We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Business Partner to own the planning and execution of companywide RGM initiatives. This is a great opportunity to play a key role as we expand RGM capability into secondary & tertiary channels, whilst delivering in year sales and profitability KPIs which contribute towards long term strategic goals. You’ll bring together and analyse data sets from numerous sales channels (for example ecommerce, in-store, On-Trade, Travel and Wholesale), whilst also partnering our commercial teams to maximise value for Twinings and our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the 0-18 month horizon of RGM initiatives such as price increases, PPA projects, trade term projects and Assortment / Mix execution.
  • Lead RGM development in Secondary & Tertiary channels providing price & promotional analysis and channel strategy guidance.
  • Partner with our ‘cold hub’ to provide price & promotional analysis as part of Business rhythm cycle.
  • Increase analytical capability within the organization by upskilling other teams and providing additional analytical resource where required.

You have finance experience and have operated within the channels we do, are financially and commercially astute and bring understanding of the diverse roles of retailers & competitors. You’ve got strong analytical skills and experience - You know the power of basing decisions on insights and data, can simplify complex data and not only build but also communicate compelling business cases. You’re motivated by the positive impact you can make through business partnering, understanding the needs and goals of different teams and approaching challenges with pragmatism. You bring a growth mindset and are goal orientated, solution focused, with brilliance in data analytics, testing & tracking KPIs.
