We’re looking for a Business Performance Manager to deliver financial analysis (FP+A) and partnering to the business. You’ll play a key role in identifying risk and opportunities whilst also maintaining high financial control standards and accurate reporting. This role is perfect for an analytical, commercially-minded Finance professional who also has the passion and confidence to communicate their findings to all levels.

You’ll be a key, commercially minded voice within business-wide messaging around financial performance - providing clear insight, analysis and partnering, all with the goal of achieving key financial metrics (for example NSV / GC / MOP / Audit Scores), collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities- Owner of the deadline driven financial planning & reporting cycle, co-ordinating stakeholders in a timely manner and providing strong challenge to the business.
- Delivering the right information and insight at the right time, to drive the correct decisions and actions through the business rhythm.
- Own the One Version of the Truth on Commercial Performance. Communicate the key messages in person and often to the Leadership Team - with confidence and conviction, even if it is not the news people want to hear.
- Constant improvement to ensure clear and simplified reporting structures that delivers the definitive story on business performance.
- Permanently looking to improve and simplify process across the business, ensuring enhancements become part of the business DNA.
- Demonstrable experience of hands-on analytical finance business partnering ideally (but not compulsory) within FMCG, and tailoring your approach based on level of financial understanding / buy-in.
- A passion for creating clear and simple information and giving clarity within the numbers, crucially verbally and in person.
- An understanding of financial data, how it impacts our business and the ability to translate numbers into a business story.
