TwiningsOvo is seeking a Shift Manager for the ASC Andover Supply Centre, to lead a small team in a rotating double-day shift. You will drive safe, quality production and cost efficiency, coaching 5-10 technicians and coordinating with the Production Manager.
You’ll oversee line clearance, changeovers, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, with a focus on KPI delivery and staff development in a manufacturing environment.
