You will support the coordination, planning, and communication of LinkedIn learning programmes, people experience initiatives, and learning experiences that help our colleagues grow, thrive, and reach their full potential globally. This role will contribute to building a strong learning culture, supporting succession and capability development, and enhancing the overall people experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives, learning calendar events and internal activities and play a supporting role to the LinkedIn Learning Champions.
- Help draft, format and schedule internal communication materials (emails, posts, digital content).
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and project plans to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
- Lean into events across the business around Wellbeing, DEI and Talent.
- Support other projects in Talent Acquisition, which may include some market mapping or using LinkedIn to create Talent Pools.
- Support in the organising and facilitation of Leadership programmes.
- Support in creating engaging content such as newsletters, posters, social media-style posts, slide decks, and updates for use on internal platforms.
- Coordinate updates to internal learning and careers websites both internal and external, working with the Communications team and other internal stakeholders.
- Help gather stories, photos, and feedback to support internal storytelling and content marketing.
- Support the collection and collation of people data related to wellbeing, talent, engagement and DE&I.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders using templates or visual tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Express.
- Help manage feedback collection and analysis from events, campaigns or programmes.
- Act as a key point of contact for our LinkedIn Learning Champions Group members, scheduling meetings and sharing key information and updates.
- Coordinate calendar invites, meeting notes and follow-ups for regular team and network sessions.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Communications, Wellbeing, DEI and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure connected delivery.
- Upload and update materials on internal HR platforms and shared drives.
- Support with scheduling training sessions, workshops and events.
- Help monitor budgets and expenses related to learning, people experience or campaign activity.
- Provide administration support to the Talent Acquisition & People Experience Manager and the Head of Department.
- Produce key PowerPoints and presentations using data and collating inputs from the wider team in preparation for meetings.
- A passion for learning and people experience with a desire to make a meaningful impact to building a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in admin functions of LinkedIn Learning or the creation of LinkedIn Learning content would be highly desirable.
- Experience in an administrative, HR / Talent, internal communications or project coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in written and visual materials and comfortable interpreting data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative skills with an enthusiasm for designing engaging content.
