Key Responsibilities- Talent & Succession: Own the international talent and succession strategy for critical leadership and specialist roles. Ensure pipelines reflect future consumer, innovation and growth priorities. Translate insight into clear actions: development, redeployment and selective external hire.

- Talent Acquisition: Ensure hiring decisions are driven by long‑term capability needs, not vacancies alone. Integrate TA with succession planning, talent reviews and capability analysis.
- DEI, Wellbeing & Engagement: Embed DEI principles and standards, including across talent practices. Ensure wellbeing and engagement are enablers of sustained performance. Use talent data, analytics and insights to inform decision‑making and challenge assumptions.
- Organisational Effectiveness & Change: Own OE blueprints covering operating models, role clarity and change. Provide practical toolkits to enable leaders and HRDs across markets. Work with HRD’s to provide Organisational Effectiveness consultancy advice on key strategic programmes.
- Systems and Data: Custodian of Global Talent data and reporting. Lead the Talent team through a HR Systems Transformation Programme.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing, specialist Talent and OE team. Balance strategic design with hands‑on delivery and execution excellence.
- Essential: Proven senior experience leading Talent, Leadership and/or Organisational Effectiveness agendas within FMCG, consumer goods or similarly complex, fast‑paced organisations. Strong people leadership capability, with experience leading specialist teams. Deep, end‑to‑end expertise across the talent lifecycle, spanning leadership development, performance and potential frameworks, succession planning, workforce capability and Talent Acquisition. A strong track record of embedding talent and leadership programmes into the business, driving execution, adoption and measurable impact. Track record of building learning and capability‑led cultures aligned to business performance. Experience designing and enabling organisational effectiveness and change through practical blueprints, toolkits and frameworks. Credibility and confidence operating with GMs and senior leaders; commercially minded and delivery focused.
