This role is ideal for a proactive Virtual Assistant with a keen interest in supporting B2B services for Australian small and medium-sized enterprises. You will play a crucial part in launching a new psychosocial risk and workplace compliance service by researching and organising leads, managing referral partner lists, and supporting outreach efforts. The position requires a structured approach to lead management, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting LinkedIn activity, and assisting with basic Google Ads administration, all while ensuring timely follow-up and professional engagement with HR, WHS, legal, insurance professionals, and consultants. Responsibilities
