An established electronic music producer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the year-long launch of "darkMatter," a multimedia brand built around a unique sci-fi narrative. This project centers on a cosmic robot character whose interplanetary performances and music releases are woven into an ongoing visual story, engaging audiences across social media and digital platforms. The role requires overseeing the development of a compelling brand identity, coordinating high-volume content production, and executing marketing strategies tailored to the electronic music industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning creative teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring the brand’s narrative and music releases drive audience growth, label interest, and professional bookings.

Deliverables

  • Oversee creation of a complete brand package, including logo, style guide, and visual system
  • Manage development of an immersive website with a story archive and music hub
  • Coordinate production of 96–144 high-resolution sci-fi storyline posts and 144–192 short-form videos
  • Supervise daily engagement content and high-frequency social media campaigns
  • Lead music release campaigns synchronized with narrative events
  • Prepare press kits, label pitch materials, and booking strategies
  • Ensure all visual content meets the cinematic, photorealistic sci-fi style with neon and metallic elements
  • Integrate AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, Runway) for efficiency, while welcoming traditional approaches that meet production demands

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electronic music marketing and artist development
  • Deep understanding of DJ/producer career trajectories and the electronic music landscape
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful music brand launches and high-volume content management

  • Familiarity with label submission and booking processes within the breakbeat, bass, or EDM scenes
