This role centers on managing and growing the Instagram presence of Max, a certified therapy Golden Retriever based in London. The position involves developing a cohesive brand identity that highlights both Max’s playful personality and his impactful therapy work at a local hospice. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and implementing creative strategies to expand Max’s audience and influence. The role is hybrid, requiring both remote work and in-person collaboration in London, with occasional travel to capture key moments.
Deliverables
- Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to Max’s brand and audience growth objectives
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content that balances Max’s therapy visits and daily adventures
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community
- Collaborate on creative campaigns and partnerships to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Attend and document therapy visits and special events as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, ideally for pets, influencers, or lifestyle brands
- Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Excellent written communication and community management skills
- Familiarity with Instagram analytics and social media growth strategies
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas and campaigns
- Based in London with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel
- Passion for animal welfare, therapy work, or community-driven projects is a plus
