This role offers an opportunity to shape the visual and tactile identity of a pioneering luxury water brand, curating Africa’s rarest natural waters. The project centers on developing a holistic brand system inspired by the concept of a curated library, where each water source is presented as a unique artifact. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a signature bottle design, a removable sleeve system to narrate each source’s story, and an archive-inspired outer case. Additional tasks include crafting a cohesive brand identity, encompassing logo, typography, color palette, and certification elements. The initial phase will focus on presenting three distinct bottle concepts, with the potential for further collaboration based on project needs.
The ideal candidate is adept at translating narrative and provenance into compelling design, comfortable working remotely, and available for a single project with the possibility of future assignments.
Responsibilities- Design a signature luxury bottle (“The Vessel”) for both still and sparkling water.
- Develop a removable “Source Sleeve” system to highlight each water’s unique origin and narrative.

- Ability to translate narrative and provenance into visual and structural design elements.
- Familiarity with high-end materials, tactile finishes, and minimalistic design principles.
- Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on creating authoritative and serene brand experiences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with availability for a single project and potential follow-up work.
