Join an innovative healthcare technology project focused on enhancing engagement in senior living communities through AI-powered avatar features. This role involves designing the first in a series of stylized, Pixar-inspired 3D avatars using Reallusion Character Creator (CC4). The ideal candidate will bring warmth and expressiveness to character design, creating avatars with soft, cartoon-style features and business-casual attire. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the avatars are animation-ready and compatible with modern platforms, contributing to a feature that will enrich programming for older adults.
Deliverables
- Design and develop a fully rigged 3D avatar in Reallusion Character Creator (CC4) with a Pixar/Disney-inspired aesthetic
- Provide FBX exports with humanoid rigs and blendshapes, preferably ARKit-compatible
- Create stylized texture maps, custom hair, and business-casual clothing
- Supply all source texture files and brief documentation for asset integration
- Ensure assets are animation-ready and suitable for export to Unreal Engine or Unity
- Deliver the initial avatar within 3–4 weeks, with project completion by late May 2026
Requirements
- Proven experience with Reallusion Character Creator (CC4) and a strong portfolio of stylized or cartoon 3D characters
- Expertise in texture authoring, blendshape rigging, and preparing assets for animation
- Familiarity with ZBrush, iClone, and AI-driven animation systems is a plus
- Experience exporting assets to Unreal Engine or Unity preferred
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
