The goal is to analyze and annotate the rhetorical and structural dynamics of conversations, identifying narrative arcs, speaker roles, and key conversational moves. Your work will directly contribute to a model designed to generate long-form speculative fiction by leveraging insights from non-fiction dialogue.
Deliverables
- Apply detailed qualitative labeling to podcast transcripts using a provided schema
- Identify and annotate narrative arcs, speaker roles (e.g., Challenger, Explorer), and structural moves such as reframing and synthesis
- Collaborate with the research lead to ensure consistency and accuracy in annotation
- Provide feedback on the labeling schema to improve clarity and effectiveness
