This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning solutions for a large-scale manufacturing environment, supporting the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will develop structured learning pathways for critical operational roles, create a comprehensive library of video, how-to, and e-learning content, and ensure the LMS is optimized for usability and engagement. Deliverables
