As an Unreal Engine Developer specializing in vehicle physics, you will play a key role in shaping the core systems of a new racing title. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to collaborate with an international team dedicated to delivering an immersive and moddable racing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or enhance a simulation or simcade-style formula handling model using the existing R‑Tune Physics System or by building a new modular vehicle physics system within Unreal Engine 5.
  • Implement and refine vehicle handling and tire models to achieve a balance between realism and accessibility.
  • Collaborate closely with a control and force feedback specialist to ensure optimal driving feel and responsiveness.
  • Optimize vehicle physics performance within Unreal Engine 5, ensuring smooth gameplay across a range of hardware.
  • Work with modular systems and plugin workflows to support extensibility and moddability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members in English or German, contributing to a well‑organized and productive development environment.

Skills and Requirements
