Deliverables
- Develop a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation covering performance, actions, outlook, and team structure
- Structure and refine the narrative from raw inputs provided by the CEO and senior team
- Work on-site in Aldgate, central London, for 2–3 days, with flexibility for additional days if required
