Deliverables
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the social care industry
- Manage and schedule engaging social media posts across relevant platforms
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital communications
- Create and curate content that resonates with the target audience
- Support the planning and execution of online campaigns to increase brand awareness
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Creative skills for content creation, including copywriting and basic graphic design
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work on‑site in Dudley or Birmingham as required; flexibility to travel
- Prior experience in the social care or healthcare sector is advantageous
