Anime Pilot Animator – Freelance role at Twine. This role focuses on bringing to life a high-energy, sports and fighting-themed anime mini-series pilot for a new food brand launch, delivering a 45–60 second episode for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. There is potential for ongoing episodic work based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities
- Storyboarding the pilot episode with clear visual flow and pacing
- Designing two main characters (hero and rival) in a distinctive anime style
- Producing key animation and in-between frames for fluid, action-driven sequences
- Creating detailed background art that enhances energy and setting
- Compositing all visual elements and editing for vertical and horizontal formats
- Integrating captions and audio to optimize for social media
- Delivering all source files and transferring full rights to the completed work
- Meeting a 4–6 week production timeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in anime production with a strong portfolio
