The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
We are looking for someone to join our small and friendly team of staff to assist our patients both in person and on the telephone. The work is varied and fast paced, and the role will include:
- Answering phones
- Signposting patients to the correct services
- Booking appointments
- Manning the front desk
- Processing prescription requests from patients
- Completing all other administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the surgery
We would ideally like someone who has worked in a GP Practice before and has used the SystmOne clinical software, but full training will be available to the successful applicant if required.
The regular weekly shifts will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays working from 7.45am to 1.00pm. There will also be the opportunity to work extra hours to cover colleagues' absences.
