Student Services Officer

We are seeking a Student Services Officer at our Twin English Centre in Dublin!

What You’ll Do:

1. Organise and implement activities and excursions for individuals and groups: Plan, promote, and run our exciting social programme.
2. Ensure student welfare: Supervise and provide pastoral care to our students.
3. Support the Academic Teams: Offer welfare and child protection training and advice.
4. Deliver excellent customer service: Follow company policies and values to ensure top-notch service.
5. Act as an intermediary: Facilitate smooth communication between different departments.
6. Prepare for student arrivals: Complete pre-arrival tasks and conduct first-day inductions.
7. Monitor student absences: Record and act on absences promptly.
8. Manage records: Keep accurate attendance records for all activities and excursions.
9. Conduct risk assessments: Ensure safety during excursions and activities.
10. Take on key roles: Serve as First Aider, Fire Warden, and Designated Safeguarding Staff member.
11. Be on call: Handle emergency phone calls on a rotational basis.

Additional Information

Salary: €30,000.00 – €32,000.00 per annum depending upon experience
Location: Dublin Office
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
