The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Permanent – 42.5 hours per week, hybrid with 3 days based in our Greenwich HQ, with a salary up to £28,000.00 per annum.

We are looking for a dedicated Student Engagement Officer with experience within employability support, who can deliver high-quality career guidance and placement preparation to international students while collaborating effectively with university partners and employers. Working as part of our University Placements team to support, develop, and prepare master's students for their one-year industrial placement and future employment with cutting-edge employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 coaching session on CV writing, interview techniques, and LinkedIn optimisation for the UK job market.
  • Provide personalised feedback on cover letters, application forms, and placement strategies.
  • Assess students' skills gaps, communication abilities, and professional conduct to create improvement plans.
  • Research industry trends and employer expectations relevant to students' disciplines.
  • Design and facilitate interactive employability workshops.
  • Develop student guides and digital resources to supplement individual support.
  • Adapt materials to address diverse student needs.

Please Note: The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
