As the End Point Assessment (EPA) Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective administration and coordination of End Point Assessments for apprenticeships. This role supports the preparation, scheduling, and logistical management of EPAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. The EPA Coordinator works closely with assessors, apprentices, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth assessment experience. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully administer end point assessment organisation (EPAO) completing the booking, administration, finance and tracking of all EPAO-related processes according to group policies and procedures.
- Administer the booking, finance and tracking of endpoint assessment for all learners undertaking EPA with external EPAO’s ensuring excellent customer service to all key stakeholders.
- Maintain all booking and tracking systems (internally and externally) related to EPA.
- Record accurately apprentice success with EPA, ensuring learners are completed on systems promptly.
- Serve as a primary contact for apprentices and employers regarding the EPA process, requirements, and timelines.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to funding compliance concerning EPA and EPAO’s.
- Provide information as requested related to apprentice EPA to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring actions are addressed timely.
- Ensure apprentices receive relevant information on EPA policies, deadlines, and any necessary preparation materials and have an allocated EPAO, keeping central records updated on any changes.
- Communicate EPA activities to all relevant parties promptly.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within education, apprenticeships, or assessments.
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills and can work independently.
- Demonstrable understanding of EPA compliance requirements.
- Previous experience of using EPA.
- Strong IT skills (PICS, CRM, Microsoft Applications).
