About the Role
As our Technical Architect, you will work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that drive performance, scalability, and financial value. You will play a key role in creating and delivering our technical strategy, ensuring governance, security, and best practices are embedded into everything we do. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead on the creation of technical strategy and architecture documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance of systems and applications.
- Support the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-based platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT and Cyber Security Manager to establish strong IT governance.
- Maintain a hands-on approach due to the dynamic nature of the business and size of the team.
