This position is needed to act as a lead technical strategic advisor for our most strategic partners in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the technical vision and enablement to build world‑class solutions on the platform. Join our Partners team as a Principal technical influencer guiding strategic System Integrators and Technology Partners across EMEA. You will design sophisticated, multi‑platform solutions that integrate with complex technology stacks. By driving technical enablement, you ensure partners deliver customer outcomes independently.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long‑term architectural self‑sufficiency.
- Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early‑stage planning and business alignment.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks.
- Act as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps.
- Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption.

Required:
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, consulting, or partner‑facing architectural roles.
- Demonstrated experience in System Integrator (SI) or Technology Partner ecosystems focused on building technical practices.
- Technical fluency in API‑first architectures and the ability to build functional prototypes to demonstrate integration concepts.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and developer audiences.
- Subject Matter Expertise in AI‑powered customer engagement (Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs), CCaaS, or Telecom (SIP, WebRTC).
- Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the EMEA region.
- Experience as a strategic influencer, providing insights to internal product teams to shape global roadmaps.
Location
This role will be based in the UK.
Travel
