About the internship

Twilio is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Intern to join our EMEA Marketing team and support the delivery of integrated campaigns focused on customer acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, assisting with the execution and optimisation of global campaigns as well as regional programs that deliver real business impact. The ideal candidate possesses a "start-up" mentality and a passion for learning how to convert prospects into qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns, helping to localise content and track deliverables against regional timelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Provide support to key partners in Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging and assets are delivered and performing effectively.
  • Reporting & Performance Support: Assist in collecting data to track individual initiative milestones and help prepare campaign updates for stakeholders, contributing to the development of "test & learn" strategies to ensure regional ROI metrics are met.
  • Content & Creative Support: Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to track the production of campaign assets, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Required: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (or equivalent experience).
  • Foundational Marketing Knowledge: Requires an understanding of core campaign components, including the integration of adjacent marketing functions and tactics.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple small tasks or projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-player mentality with the ability to build effective working relationships in a remote environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or a strong desire to master industry-standard tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and Canva), combined with a proactive curiosity for emerging AI technologies to streamline content creation, automate task management, and drive campaign optimisation.
  • Growth Mindset: A "test and learn" attitude with a natural curiosity for analysing data and business performance.
  • Agility: An energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced "start-up" environment.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in an additional European language applicable to the EMEA region.

This role will be remote and based in the United Kingdom.
