About the job
This position is needed to build and lead trusted senior relationships across global telecom and number-access suppliers, and use those partnerships to help Twilio’s connectivity pivot quickly as customer needs, market conditions, and internal priorities change. You’ll own international carrier relationships spanning voice and phone number access, ensuring regulatory compliance, commercial alignment, and strong performance across our voice stack. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Support, you’ll translate connectivity requirements into execution—driving reliability, quality, and supplier accountability at global scale.
