About the job
This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue impact in EMEA through data driven lifecycle and engagement programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, in‑product surfaces, and other channels. The position uses customer insights and behavioral signals to shape lifecycle strategies, improve activation and adoption, and run experiments that raise overall customer value. The goal is to create a cohesive experience that moves customers through key moments, strengthens product usage, and accelerates growth for Twilio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize lifecycle and engagement programs that drive measurable growth across Twilio’s product portfolio.
- Coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, website, Twilio Console, SMS, and in product experiences.
- Identify and activate key lifecycle moments to improve activation, deepen adoption, and surface the right product paths for customers.
- Design, run, and scale experiments to refine messaging, timing, and channel mix, with a strong bias toward fast iteration and learning.
- Collaborate with peers, analytics, product, and ops to build data informed programs using Twilio Segment, Salesforce, and reverse ETL pipelines.
- Continuously analyze program performance and use insights to refine strategy, increase customer value, and accelerate product adoption.
Due to the unique challenges in EMEA, from compliance and product availability to language barriers, this role offers an opportunity to take full ownership of our self‑service ecosystem. With thousands of developers building on Twilio, there is no one‑size‑fits‑all solution, which is where targeted campaigns and tactics can help us to unlock the opportunities for those users. A test and learn approach is at the heart of this EMEA Growth Marketing Manager position. Building and challenging hypotheses, while engaging stakeholders and peers to drive performance across all channels.
Required
- 5+ years in growth marketing with experience driving activation, adoption, and revenue impact in a SaaS environment.
- Hands on experience with advanced orchestration platforms like Segment, reverse ETL pipelines, Salesforce, and in‑product orchestration tools to build and target discrete audiences.
- Comfortable leveraging AI agents and automation tools to accelerate campaign production, experimentation, personalization, and insight generation at scale.
- Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel programs triggered by customer behavior, intent signals, and lifecycle data.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to identify moments that influence product usage and future value.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to independently explore data, develop insights, and convert findings into actions.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across cross functional teams.
- Experience in Python and SQL for data analysis, prototyping, and automation.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning and generative AI, particularly in applying these techniques to sales or growth use cases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in European languages.
