Our user-friendly software has often been described as the 'best on the market', and we have more than 150 interactive ONLINE courses available to sell to prospective clients, covering topics such as H&S, HR, FOOD & CHILDCARE SAFETY, SOCIAL CARE & BUSINESS SKILLS. We offer unique and cost-effective pricing plans to our clients, giving us an edge over our competitors, and all of our courses are approved by prestigious accreditation companies. You will receive some of the best telemarketing training around to help you maximise your input.
Responsibilities:
- Make around 100 (minimum) telesales calls per day.
- Network on social media platforms (optional) like LINKEDIN.
- Build your own pipeline with exclusive data provided.
- Receive repeat commissions for the longevity of your sale.
- Help with other administrative chores to offer customers a first-class support service.
This is a Self-Employed independent contractor COMMISSION ONLY role. Although no previous experience in the 'training' sector is required, a minimum of 2 years' previous telesales experience is necessary for candidates interested in applying. You should be trustworthy, self-motivated, and possess a hardworking ethic, ideally able to 'hit the ground running' as minimal training is required. Our services are more consultative oriented rather than being a 'hard-sale'.
A good understanding of a typical sales cycle is desirable, but you MUST be comfortable and polite when making phone calls. You should be IT literate, as you will initially work from Excel spreadsheets and may use Microsoft email. A home office set-up in a quiet environment, complete with a good internet connection and USB headphones for VoIP calls, is essential. Access to a modern working laptop is also required.
Qualifications:
- At least two years' experience in a telesales environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Clear and concise written communication skills.
- Ability to support yourself financially until commissions are achieved.
You will NOT be considered for this role if you are not permanently based in the U.K.
