Your Duties
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our clients business by attracting and hiring exceptional people who will help drive its success.
Acting as both a strategist and a storyteller, youll ensure every stage of the recruitment journey reflects the organisations values and delivers a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Youll take the lead on end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring needs and managing campaigns to co-ordinating smooth onboarding experiences that help new starters feel right at home.
