They are now looking for a Warehouse Admin Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Warehouse Admin Supervisor, you will oversee the administrative operations of our client's warehouse. You will be responsible for managing key records such as goods-in and goods-out documentation, delivery notes, and stock logs, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system.
Your Role Will Also Involve
- Liaising with suppliers, hauliers, and internal departments
- Reporting on logistics performance and supporting audits
- Acting as the main administrative point of contact for all warehouse-related queries
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with health and safety protocols and operational procedures
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Admin Supervisor, you will need:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain admin role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using warehouse software systems (e.g. WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
