The Role
As the Instructional Designer, you will create innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Seeking to meet both learner and business needs, you will partner with clients to understand their learning requirements and transform complex information into clear, engaging journeys. You will then design and storyboard digital experiences that blend creativity with the desired outcomes and meet clients' needs. This collaborative role will see you working with graphic designers, visual designers and developers, to ensure every project is cohesive, accessible and aligned with the clients' vision.
