We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, innovative small animal practice located in beautiful leafy Twickenham.
Your role will include a range of general nursing duties, including theatre support, in-patient care, nurse-led clinics, and general housekeeping tasks. These responsibilities are shared collaboratively within our dedicated and supportive nursing team.

About us
Twickenham Veterinary Surgery is based in Twickenham, a suburban town with access to lovely cafes, restaurants, and parks. Our Surgery lies on the River Thames and is 10 miles west of Charing Cross, 2 miles south-east of Hounslow, and 2.6 miles north-west of Kingston upon Thames with access to some great transport links.
We have excellent facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitor, endoscope, laser, a dedicated nurse’s consulting room and we take pride in the work we do
Join our experienced team
Joining our dedicated team, you’ll work alongside six experienced vets-one with a certificate in internal medicine and another skilled in acupuncture. Our team also includes six full-time veterinary nurses, three part-time nurses, one trainee ANA, and seven supportive staff members.

We foster a no-blame culture that encourages open case discussions and a continuous drive to improve our protocols. Recently, we held a successful charity garden party to raise funds for our local animal charity.
Working hours/rota
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday with no weekends and no OOH! Shifts are usually 8 am – 4:30 pm or 11 am – 7:30 pm. We are happy to consider flexible working patterns and part-time applicants.
