We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team at Twickenham Primary Academy. This is a key operational role supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school across HR administration, safeguarding compliance, recruitment, admissions and school administration.
Working closely with the Office & Finance Manager and wider leadership team, you will help ensure that our systems, records and processes are maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting safer recruitment, maintaining the Single Central Record, monitoring compliance requirements and ensuring that safeguarding and statutory obligations are met.
They will also contribute to the smooth operation of the school office, providing a professional and welcoming service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to develop their expertise across HR, compliance and school operations within a supportive and successful primary school environment.
