Where Performance Meets Purpose. Iconic golf brands. Commitment to excellence. Colleagues who care. Working at Acushnet Europe means you bring your background and experience to a company with a rich history of creating the best products for dedicated golfers around the world. Your performance has purpose at Acushnet Europe. Based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, our golf products are recognized globally for their unmatched quality, made possible by the dedication and pride we put into everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and taking pride in delivering great quality work. If you like being hands-on, leading a team, and making sure things run smoothly, this could be a great fit for you. This is a full-time, permanent role where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the Cresting & Purchasing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operation – supporting the team, keeping everything on track, and making sure our products are completed to a high standard and on time. On site, we have a number of embroidery machines used to personalise our golf apparel – including hats, t-shirts, golf bags and towels – so you’ll be right in the middle of bringing these products to life for our customers. We also have a heat-print and Q Mark machine in the same area.

You’ll be leading a small team day to day in this area, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing, feels supported, and is working safely and efficiently. It’s about creating a positive environment, keeping communication open, and stepping in to solve problems when they come up. You’ll also be involved in planning the workload, checking quality, making sure machines are running as they should, and keeping an eye on stock so we always have what we need. A big part of the role is making sure orders are completed correctly and ready to go out to customers looking their best.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, can stay organised in a busy environment, and isn’t afraid to make decisions. Experience with embroidery or similar machinery would be really helpful, but just as important is having the right attitude and a willingness to get involved. If you’ve supervised a team before, enjoy taking ownership, and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Commitment to You

At Acushnet Europe we offer a comprehensive and thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your life both inside and outside of work. You’ll receive a competitive salary package that reflects your skills, experience, and the value you bring. Our annual leave increases with tenure, with the added flexibility to buy or sell holiday – because we believe in the importance of balance and time to recharge. Your well-being matters to us. That’s why we provide wellness programs and resources to support your physical and mental health. You’ll also have free access to our onsite gym and enjoy fresh, affordable meals in our subsidised restaurant. Plan for your future with a salary sacrifice pension scheme, along with access to employee assistance programs and financial planning resources to guide you through life’s challenges. Your growth is a priority, with access to training programmes, tuition reimbursement, and continuous learning opportunities designed to help you reach your goals. In addition, enjoy employee discounts, wellness incentives, and recognition programmes that celebrate your contributions.
