About the Role

We invite you to join FootJoy, the #1 brand in golf. In this role, you will shape the brand’s presence on the shop floor and at critical decision points, driving sales effectiveness through compelling in‑store displays and supporting the UK sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Create smart, commercially focused marketing support that drives sell‑in and keeps products moving off the shelf.
  • Deliver eye‑catching POS, retail displays, catalogues and sales tools on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate suppliers and production timelines, ensuring samples and stock flow meet sales needs.
  • Prepare key sales meetings and collaborate with partners such as England Golf and the PGA.
  • Support the Staff Ambassador Programme, helping bring the brand to life through brand‑representative ambassadors.
  • Maintain a steady hand behind the scenes, keeping samples where they need to be and managing stock flow.

Qualifications

  • Degree‑level education.
  • Prior marketing experience, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Marketing or business background advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, energy and a proven ability to make things happen.
  • Excellent organisational, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
