The Role

At TWI Certification Ltd (TWI Cert) we are seeking to grow our business while maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect. As such, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Welder Certification Officer to join our team. The successful individual will be proactive, well organised, and play a key role in helping us drive our business growth.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Welder Certification application and assessment processes. This position would be ideal for someone who can seamlessly blend administrative excellence with a natural ability to identify business opportunities and promote our services to prospective clients.

Detail-oriented and professional, the Welder Certification Officer will a point of contact for enquiries while playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of assessments, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our certification data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Assist in managing the delivery of Welder Certification products from technical enquiry through to completed assessments
  • Accurately processing assessment paperwork and filing accordingly.
  • Managing Welding Surveyor workload and diaries (and associated travel arrangements)
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive materials and data.

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Experience within a certification or compliance role is desirable but not essential, provided you demonstrate a willingness to learn and adhere to established procedures.
