You will identify, secure and grow strategic relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders, driving sales across classroom, blended, online and bespoke training solutions, and leading the promotion and commercial expansion of the TWI Learning Hub and digital learning products. Your insight into customer needs, competitor activity and market trends will inform product development, pricing and positioning.

You will take ownership of driving sales across our full training portfolio including public courses, bespoke corporate programmes and digital learning products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the learner journey. Working closely with internal teams, you will help shape compelling propositions, strengthen our market presence and deliver against ambitious commercial targets.
To succeed, you will bring strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in business development or sales leadership, with experience selling training, learning solutions or professional development services. You will be a strategic thinker who can turn plans into action, with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, effective leadership and team‑development experience, and strong operational management capabilities focused on efficiency and customer experience.
