Description of role:
In response to sustained business growth TWI Certification (TWI Cert) is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Company Certification Team in the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
TWI Certification products have a direct relationship to the success and profitability of companies worldwide by enabling them to show compliance with European and International standards. Credible certification and customer satisfaction are imperative for the growth of products and services, and we are looking for someone who is committed to accuracy, detail and customer service.
Person Specification
- Able to work in a small team with minimum supervision
- Have a highly-developed customer-focused approach to build and maintain client relationships
- Attention to detail necessary for effective planning and service quality.
- Able to communicate effectively via telephone and in writing
- Confident, organised and methodical
- Capacity to develop specialist understanding of relevant processes, standards, legislation, and technical requirements
- Ability to solve problems by investigation or negotiation
- High competence in Microsoft word, outlook and excel and database use is essential
- Project planning experience is desirable.
