The predicted salary is between 18800 - 29200 £ per year.
You will be part of the Training Centre’s busy support team who provide administrative services to the Training & Examination Services Group. Main duties will include:
- Receiving and checking in of Global Examinations
- Releasing examination results from our automated marking system
- Processing and printing of global examination results notices
- Dispatch of global examination results
- Logging and updating our internal reworks register
- Dealing with examination appeal requests
- Verification checks
- Utilising Achiever, TWI’s corporate database to process training & exam bookings
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The Training Centre’s support team work closely together, therefore you will need to be team orientated and have the ability to communicate at a number of different levels. You will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to demonstrate an organised approach to meet multiple deadlines and to prioritise tasks using creativity to resolve problems.
You will demonstrate sharp attention to detail, willingness to challenge and develop yourself, and an awareness of the importance of excellent customer service as you will be dealing with customers both in the UK and overseas. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous use of databases is essential.
