• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment with a positive attitude.

• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

  Our staffing services cater to clients from festivals, sports venues, private events and many more hospitality opportunities.

  As a staffing agency, we want to make sure that you, as staff, are treated with the respect you deserve. Our belief is that if you pick and choose when you work you will be at your best when working, so we leave it to you to choose the shifts that suit you. They are available all week and you can fit them in as suits. We also encourage you to work with your friends as a happy worker is a good worker. So if you wish to apply for the role, encourage your friends to do so as well and let us know who they are so we can coordinate accordingly.

  Please follow the next steps on how to finalise your application and successfully onboard;

  • Download our App "TWG Staff' onto your IOS or Android device.

  • Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a staff profile.

  • Complete your right to work checks by applying for any shift on the<\/span> <\/span><\/span>app<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>and following the<\/span> <\/span><\/span>instructions in the email sent to you after requesting a Right to Work link<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • After your Right to Work is complete, we will need to arrange a Welcome Interview.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Once all the above are complete and your profile is<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>verified you will have access to all shifts available on the app (Shifts get updated and added regularly!).<\/span>
