TSL Projects is a leading international engineering and construction partner specialising in Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, Food Production and Advanced Manufacturing facilities across the UK and Europe. They are seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Hayes and High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental or sustainability professional looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site environmental inspections and sustainability audits.
- Support project teams in delivering environmental and sustainability objectives.
- Assist with BREEAM, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements.
- Coordinate and collate project sustainability evidence and compliance records.
- Prepare environmental and sustainability documentation, including management plans and incident response plans.
- Support project teams during Considerate Constructors Scheme assessments.
- Work with subcontractors and supply chain partners to communicate sustainability requirements.
- Monitor project performance against environmental and sustainability KPIs.
- Assist with sustainability reporting and data collection.
- Support the implementation of TSL's sustainability strategy across the project.
Requirements:
- Degree or qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Management, ESG or related discipline.
- Experience supporting sustainability or environmental activities within construction.
- Understanding of BREEAM, LEED or equivalent certification schemes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Membership of IEMA, IES or equivalent professional body desirable.
