Our client, a leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a major highways improvement scheme in Didcot.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project, managing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of works, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with contractual and client requirements.

Manage the successful delivery of highways and infrastructure works on site.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and plant resources.

Monitor programme, productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and key stakeholders.

Support commercial and planning teams in achieving project objectives.

Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.

Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or highways construction.

Experience delivering major highways, roads, earthworks, drainage, structures, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery processes.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
