About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the digital delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an established BIM Manager looking to take ownership of BIM strategy, digital construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination on complex, high-value projects.
As BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM excellence throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards, leading BIM teams, and working closely with design, engineering and construction stakeholders to deliver industry-leading digital construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM and digital construction delivery across multiple projects.
- Develop, implement and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650 and client BIM standards.
- Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information workflows.
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection and multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Support projects through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Lead, mentor and develop BIM Coordinators and Digital Engineers.
- Drive BIM best practice, innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
- Act as the primary BIM Manager for project teams, clients and consultants.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a BIM Manager within the construction industry.
- Previous experience delivering major data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM information management and ISO 19650.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 and related BIM software.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary design environments.
