We’re working with a leading main contractor delivering complex industrial and data centre schemes across the UK and Europe, and they’re looking to appoint a Design Coordinator with an architectural background to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in technically challenging, high-value projects where design quality and coordination are critical to successful delivery.

The Role

You’ll sit within the project delivery team, acting as the link between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure design information is coordinated, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate design information across multiple disciplines
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Review drawings for buildability, compliance, and technical accuracy
  • Support the Design Manager in driving design programmes and RFIs
  • Ensure designs meet client specifications and project requirements

About You

  • Background in Architecture (qualified or similar experience)
  • Experience working on industrial, commercial, or data centre projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and technical detailing
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
