Aftercare Manager

Aftercare Manager\\n\\nLocation – Frankfurt (Germany)\\n\\nSalary – Eur80,000 per annum plus accommodation and travel contributions\\n\\nMy client are a main contractor within construction specializing in Data Centres, Distribution Centres and Manufacturing Plants. They have a number of projects in Frankfurt that involve a 5 year framework post completion for Aftercare. This includes, snagging, defect detection and customer service.\\n\\nThe main duties and responsibilities for the Aftercare Manager:\\n\\n * To provide high quality services to clients through, defects monitoring and reporting;\\n\\n * To manage development projects from handover until the end of the defects liability period;\\n\\n * Effectively manage the reported defects for newly completed projects and drive an excellent service to our clients and improve on current KPI’s;\\n\\n * To proactively manage responses to complaints arising from poor contractor performance in the resolution of defects;\\n\\n * To manage the latent defects process and update periodically following client feedback;\\n\\n * To build relationships with internal and external colleagues in order to deliver an excellent aftercare service;\\n\\nSkills and experience required for the Aftercare Manager are:\\n\\n * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.\\n\\n * The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.\\n\\n * Several years’ experience in construction projects.\\n\\nWhat the successful candidate can expect in return:\\n\\n * Salary – up to Eur80,000 per annum\\n\\n * Company vehicle\\n\\n * Accommodation provided\\n\\n * Eur300 a month for flights to return home\\n\\n * 26 days annual leave\\n\\n * Healthcare packages\\n\\n * 5% matched pension contributions\\n\\nIf you are interested in the role, please apply now and we will be in contact to discuss further.\\n\\nWe look forward to hearing from you
