Aftercare Manager

Aftercare Manager Location – Frankfurt (Germany) Salary – Eur80,000 per annum plus accommodation and travel contributions My client are a main contractor within construction specializing in Data Centres, Distribution Centres and Manufacturing Plants. They have a number of projects in Frankfurt that involve a 5 year framework post completion for Aftercare. This includes, snagging, defect detection and customer service. The main duties and responsibilities for the Aftercare Manager: * To provide high quality services to clients through, defects monitoring and reporting; * To manage development projects from handover until the end of the defects liability period; * Effectively manage the reported defects for newly completed projects and drive an excellent service to our clients and improve on current KPI’s; * To proactively manage responses to complaints arising from poor contractor performance in the resolution of defects; * To manage the latent defects process and update periodically following client feedback; * To build relationships with internal and external colleagues in order to deliver an excellent aftercare service; Skills and experience required for the Aftercare Manager are: * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. * Several years’ experience in construction projects.
