Planning Manager / Lead โ Energy & Decarbonisation Projects

Iโm currently recruiting for an experienced Planning Manager / Lead Planner to join a major organisation delivering an expanding portfolio of decarbonisation, Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), M&E and energy infrastructure projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their planning and project controls expertise on projects directly supporting the UK's transition towards a lower-carbon and more sustainable built environment.
The role will take responsibility for developing, managing and controlling programmes across multiple concurrent projects โ working closely with Project Managers, Design, Commercial, Procurement and Operational teams to drive successful delivery.
What weโre looking for:
๐น Strong planning experience within Energy Performance Contracting, decarbonisation, M&E or building services
๐น Advanced knowledge of ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6
๐น Experience developing logic-linked, cost and resource-loaded programmes
๐น Strong understanding of critical path analysis, programme risk and recovery planning
๐น Experience working with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
๐น Ability to challenge project teams, influence stakeholders and drive programme certainty
๐น Strong reporting, forecasting and analytical capability
Experience within Project Controls, EVM or Power BI would also be highly beneficial.
