The Role

As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in securing major design & build projects within the industrial and data centre markets. You’ll lead the end-to-end bid process, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals that align with our clients’ strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the full bid lifecycle – from opportunity identification and pre-qualification to final submission and post-bid review.
  • Coordinate input from estimating, design, planning, commercial, and operational teams to produce high-quality submissions.
  • Develop clear bid strategies and win themes tailored to each opportunity.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, company governance, and quality standards.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the process.
  • Support client presentations, interviews, and clarification sessions as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and templates.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of design & build processes, ideally with exposure to industrial facilities, logistics hubs, or data centre projects.
  • Excellent organisational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Confident leading multi-disciplinary bid teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with bid management tools.
